Three very useful shortcut keys for Windows, randomly selected

You are a windows user, right?
OK. Then you have three golden keyboard shortcut keys here, try it out!

1. Ctrl + Alt + V

Before I explain, answer my question, Do you surf in the internet to collect data for your daily usage? Yes indeed. Then you are going to be happy with this.
When you are preparing a seminar or a research paper, you have to collect data from web portals or web pages, mostly text data. When we copy a portion of text from that site and paste it in our document, we can notice that the alignment, font size and formatting of the copied content is same as the original content from where we copied the text. Usually it’s so disgusting. Because, our seminar paper definitely has a standard font, font size and formatting. The newly copied content never matches with our formatting. Then the problem arose. What we do? We have to paste the copied content without any formatting. That is, only plain text is needed.
Then what we do. Simple, just press Ctrl and Alt key combination, then press the normal paste key ‘V’. Then you will get a dialogue box asking what type of content do you need. Just choose, ‘Unformatted Unicode text’. Look, the text content is copied. Surprisingly it is as in the same font and formatting as in your document. Happy?
We will get this result by selecting ‘Paste Special’ option and then chose ‘unformatted Unicode text’ to get a plain content.

2. Windows key + D

Show desktop shortcut. This key combination will be very useful when we opened several windows and programs and we need to access a file from desktop. Usually we manually minimize each window by clicking the minimize button. It will take more time and it will definitely interrupt our work flow.

Use ‘Windows Key’ and ‘D’ together to get the desktop directly. You have another option here, just click at the very right corner of the taskbar. It will bring the same result.

3. Ctrl + Shift + N
Another useful key combination is ‘New Folder’ keys. We frequently create new folders while working. Using this key combination you will get ‘New Folder’ quickly. Create one, name it. That’s all...!

Remember shortcut keys are more useful always. It will definitely save our time. It may be not easier to learn all key combinations. But if you do, it will be great.
