The act and art of Splitting your TIME.

Time Management is an important act to success. Only the person who knows how to manage his time can achieve Golden goals. There are many ways to manage your time. Here is a small tip to properly arrange your precious time. It surely helps you to plan all of your work. And also bring you confidence, as by practising this you can define the each and every corner of your time. Remember it’s a logical practice and no need to write and calculate each and every second of your time. You only practice and keep a logical diagram on your mind. That is you should aware of the time which you spent.

4 * 3 = 12

4 * 7 = 28

4 + 3 = 7

4 * 6 = 24

4 * 15 = 60

Here is simple splitting up of time have been done. The year is split up to four equal parts of three months each. The month can split to four equal parts with seven days each. The week can split to two with four and three days in each side. One day can split to four parts of six hours each, and the Hour can also split to four parts of 15 minutes.

What is the advantage of this split up process? As said before it brings much precision to your work and thought. Here you should primarily concentrate on the division of a Day. We logically calculate our life by counting each day first. So the splitting up of a day is much important than others.

The day can divide as four parts with six hours each. In this 6+2 = 12 hours should be called as active hours. Because in this time we mentally and physically accomplishing our duties. Most of the time working for the company we work. The other six minute is passive hours because we spent this time to sleep. Remember one healthy person should sleep a minimum of six hours. Then you surely ask me about the remaining six hour. This can consider as active-passive hours. Because in this time we may take rest or do our home works.

Here one thing should understand that the time splitting doe as logically. Don’t misunderstand that you should continuously work for 12 hours and make it active hours. Sometimes we may take rest on the interval time of our work. I suggest t keep in mind that we should aware of the time we spent in which way. If you worked hard throughout the day then you have the right to take rest. That is you should aware of the time you spent.

We should place active-passive hours as free ours. These hours are in our hand that we can do what we want to improve our life. Or you can take rest if you feel that you have done over duty.

As above shown you can split each part of your time purposefully. You can define how to handle your time. It would surely provide you the feasibility of accessing your time. And also do not split your minutes and try not to split your whole lifetime. That may not be good. Because, splitting the minutes might cause lacking concentrating our works. And dare not to split the whole life, because we don’t know our exact life period, just give to the god. Only try to have an idea about the future.

“Registry Editing has Been disabled by your administrator”, SOLVE

The Windows registry is one of the main administrative tools on Windows OS. It is a hierarchical database that stores configuration settings and options on Microsoft Windows operating systems. When the system is infected virus, the virus file first disables the windows registry to prevent further editing. Even if the virus is removed the registry still remains as disabled. Then a dialogue box will appear when the user tries to open regedit’, showing “Registry Editing has Been disabled by your administrator”. Now we are discussing two simple tips to overcome this trouble.
Regedit Dialogue Box
1.
Use the Group policy editor
Run GPEDIT.MSC
%windir%\system32\gpedit.msc
On GPEDIT configure the settings like this.
User Config\Admin Templates\System\Prevent Access To registry Editing Tools=
“Not Configured”
You can set the value to “Not Configured” or “Disabled”.
2.
Rename Regedit.com to Regedit.exe
Some viruses and other malware will load a regedit.com file that is many times a zero byte dummy file. Because .com files have preference over .exe files when executed if you type REGEDIT in the run line, it will run the regedit.com instead of the real regedit.exe file.
Delete the regedit.com file if it’s a zero byte file to restore access to REGEDIT. In some cases, such as the W32.Navidad worm, you’ll need to rename the REGEDIT file to get it to work.
GPEdit tool allows the user to have an administrative control over the system. Remember, you should be an advanced user to use these tools.

How can you protect your computer from infecting viruses through Pen Drive/Flash memory etc?

Normally Pen drives are not secure devices. Pen drive is an easy way to carry virus files. When we connect a USB drive to the computer, running on windows operating system, it may have certain risks to infect viruses. We should be careful while opening the drive. The infected pen drive has a file named ‘autorun.inf’. When we double click on the drive icon appeared on my computer, actually the autorun file runs instead of ‘open’ command. It activates an EXE (executable) file which is a virus or its support file. Quickly, virus file spreads to the system folders, and infecting the computer.

This is the major way to infect virus on computers. So, this risk can easily be overcome. Do these steps while connecting a USB drive:

1.      Connect the USB drive.
2.      Press shift key while it reading the content. (It helps to disable autorun function.)
3.      After detecting the drive open my computer manually.
4.      Choose the drive from the address bar, or type the drive letter on the address bar along with a column ( : ),( E.g.: J: )

Then the drive will open.

If you enable the ‘show hidden files’, from toolsà folder optionsàview, you can see the virus files. Delete the suspicious files.
